1. Definitions

• Identity Verification: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid government-issued identification.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from for4dd or any affiliated gambling platforms.
• Financial Eligibility: You must use only funds that legally belong to you. Funds derived from illegal activities or belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• No Professional Restrictions: If you are employed by a gaming regulator, licensing authority, game provider, or competitor gambling platform, you may be prohibited from using our Services depending on your employment contract and local regulations.

By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

4.3 Account Security

• Immediately notify for4dd if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account

For4dd will never request your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be considered your responsibility, and you will be liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

For4dd accepts deposits via multiple payment methods tailored for Indonesian users, including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Deposit terms include:

You warrant that all deposited funds are legally yours and derived from legitimate sources. Deposits from third-party accounts or using third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited. For4dd reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified sources and may require additional documentation to confirm fund origin.

5.2 Withdrawals

Verified accounts may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal terms include:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Limits depend on account verification level and withdrawal history. Standard verified accounts can withdraw up to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB). Requests outside business hours are processed the following morning. Larger amounts may require additional verification, extending processing to 1-24 hours.
• Withdrawal Fees: For4dd does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee of Rp 10,000.
• Verification Requirements: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may require additional identity confirmation.
• Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: Withdrawals must be made to accounts registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Suspicious activity may result in withdrawal delays or account investigation.

5.3 Wagering Requirements for Deposits

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 500,000 deposit must be used to place at least Rp 500,000 in total bets before the funds can be withdrawn. This requirement applies to both winning and losing bets.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

For4dd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance player experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated in the promotional materials. General bonus terms include:

6.1 Bonus Acceptance

Bonuses are optional. You may choose to opt-out of any bonus offer before or after activation. Once you begin wagering with bonus funds, you are deemed to have accepted the associated terms. • Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes)
• Irregular betting patterns that suggest automated play or bonus abuse

For4dd employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Accounts found engaging in abusive practices will be permanently closed.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sporting bodies. For4dd's settlement decisions are final unless clear error is proven.

• Live Betting Delays: Live in-play betting markets may experience slight delays due to broadcast latency. For4dd reserves the right to void bets placed after a significant event has occurred but before odds were updated.

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the for4dd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Creating an account or gambling if you are under 21 years of age
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, household, or IP address
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Third-Party Funds: Depositing or withdrawing funds that do not legally belong to you
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money or transfer funds obtained through illegal means
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using automated betting software (bots), exploiting software bugs, or employing any cheating mechanism

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While for4dd strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not liable for service interruptions, technical difficulties, or temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, server issues, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Financial Losses

Gambling involves financial risk, and losses are an inherent part of gaming entertainment. By using for4dd Services, you acknowledge that:

• You may lose all deposited funds
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• No betting system or strategy guarantees profits
• For4dd is not responsible for your gambling decisions or resulting financial losses

9.3 Third-Party Services

For4dd partners with third-party game providers, payment processors, and service providers. We are not liable for failures, delays, or errors caused by these third parties. However, we commit to working with reputable partners and resolving third-party issues promptly when they affect your experience.

9.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, for4dd's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, minus any withdrawals and bonuses claimed during that period.

9.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless for4dd, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Unauthorized use of your Account by others due to your failure to maintain account security

10. Account Termination and Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure:

• All pending bets must be settled before closure is processed
• Any remaining account balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all wagering requirements are met
• Unused bonus funds will be forfeited
• Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed

10.2 Involuntary Suspension or Termination

For4dd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You are found to be underage or using fraudulent identification
• Your account shows signs of money laundering or other illegal activity
• You initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate deposits

Upon involuntary termination for cause, for4dd may forfeit your account balance, void pending bets, and withhold any winnings. You will be notified of termination via email and provided with reasons for the decision. For4dd's termination decisions are final and binding.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. For4dd may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before dormancy fees are applied.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which for4dd is licensed to operate. References to Indonesian context (age restrictions, payment methods, currency) reflect our target market but do not constitute submission to Indonesian domestic jurisdiction for legal disputes.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and for4dd, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support:

11.3 Limitation on Legal Action

Any legal action or arbitration proceeding arising from these Terms & Conditions must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against for4dd.
